Serving as your Councilman has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Over the past four years, we’ve made meaningful progress together—from improving our streets and neighborhoods to building stronger public safety systems and preserving the character of our historic community. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished, and I’m ready to keep that momentum going.
Our community deserves streets that are safe, sidewalks that are walkable, and drainage systems that actually work. That’s why we’ve focused on real, visible improvements across District 4—from Ella Grant to University Boulevard.
These are not plans sitting on a desk. They’re completed projects and approved developments that are already underway. We’ve made infrastructure a priority because it affects your daily life—and because your tax dollars should result in real change.
District 4 is home to some of the most historically significant sites in our city. I’ve worked to secure funding for restoration efforts at places like Murphy Avenue, the Old Ella Grant School, and churches that have stood in our neighborhoods for generations.
Our goal is simple: to preserve what built us while making room for future growth. It’s about honoring our roots and giving our children a deeper connection to the community they call home.
Keeping our neighborhoods safe takes more than police patrols—it takes trust, training, and teamwork. I’ve worked to support our first responders with the tools and training they need, while also investing in community-based policing that builds relationships between officers and residents.
We’re also working closely with leaders at every level—from Mobile County to Montgomery to Washington, D.C.—to bring in grant funding that improves equipment, expands training, and strengthens coordination between departments.
These partnerships help ensure your tax dollars come back to our community—where they can be used to protect our streets and support those who serve.
You deserve to know what’s happening in your city government. That’s why I created the Council Transparency Dashboard and launched real-time alerts and mobile town halls to keep residents informed and engaged.
Transparency isn’t just a word—it’s a commitment I’ve made from the start. Whether it's spending decisions or project updates, I believe you should have a clear view of how your city is working for you.
Our young people are our future, and they deserve every opportunity we can provide. I launched the Youth and Athletics Innovation Program to expand access to technology and sports training for hundreds of local students.
By working with schools, nonprofits, and national partners, we’ve built new programs that combine mentorship, skill development, and community pride—because when we invest in our youth, we invest in the long-term strength of our city.
As your Councilman, I’ve treated every tax dollar with care. We’ve streamlined city operations, reduced unnecessary spending, and created systems that improve accountability across departments.
We’re doing more with what we have—because residents should see value and results from the city’s budget. Every project we fund, every program we launch, is built on responsible financial decisions.
This election isn’t about starting from scratch. It’s about building on real progress.
I’ve worked across district lines and government levels to make sure District 4 isn’t left behind. We’ve launched initiatives that are working, and we’ve built partnerships that are producing real results.
My opponent may offer a new direction—but I offer momentum, experience, and a record of delivering for our community.
Let’s keep moving forward—together.
